Birthday Fishes

This card is a bit more whimsical than the others I've made with the Pond Life set. It could be for a child's birthday. I was visiting this blog and viewed her MACM video. When I made the card I was just playing around with things, not serious at all and the girls caught sight of it and loved it. So...it goes into their card box and when they need a birthday card...they got fishes! LOL! I stamped some extra fish onto white cardstock and put CTMH Liquid Glass on them to give them a sparkle. I cut them out and popped them up with pop dots. Don't they look like those little cheese crackers? The blue cardstock is double sided and textured. And I used both sides for this card, the lighter side is what I used to make the scallops. I lightly sponged the edges of the white cardstock with Heavenly Blue ink, so it wouldn't be so white. And I sanded the textured cardstock. My favorite part of the card would have to be those scallops. On the video, Kristina shares a fun way to do those!
