A Very Happy Anniversary!

Today My Man and I celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary. He surprised me by taking me out to dinner at one of my favorite places and he also bought me a box of See's Candy-the coffee lovers box-and he bought US a Wii Fit! We have been together since we were in high school and boy! do we look a lot different than we did in those days! I have been asking for a Wii Fit for a while now and I am really glad to get it. The girls are usually the ones who score software for the Wii. I ordered him a pound of his favorite Pecan Brittle from Ethel M I made him a card too and here it is...

I decided to use another digital stamp from The Greeting Farm. I colored the image with Copics, cut it out, mounted it on foam tape then adhered it to my paper that I cut with Nestabilities Labels One. I had to put a bit of bling on it, so I sugared the heart and put a little jewel in the center of the bow.


And this is how I finished off the inside of the card. The heart brads were not part of my original design, but I got a smude of Juniper ink in a spot where it did not belong, soooo to cover up that little oopsie, I used a heart brad. Well, then the one looked a bit lonely, so I decided to add a few more. Making man cards can be very tricky. But I think this one turned out alright.
