Hello everyone! I trust that the weekend was restful for all of you. Mine turned out to be very busy. I didn't get to spend much time in my studio at all, because other things kept coming up. I did get to see Alice in Wonderland. It was a typical Tim Burton film, but still very entertaining. And my beloved Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, was just as adorable as I knew he would be. I am still blogging on the dinosaur and it is allowing me to view more of your blogs. I have been missing some awesome artwork! So much talent and so much inspiration....
This week Sparkle challenged us to use any element from this image to create our cards.
I chose to use a Christmas tree sticker from CTMH. My card may look a little familiar to you because I not only used the exact same papers a few weeks ago, I also used the same sketch. You can take a peek at this post HERE for more info about the card.
I thank you so much for stopping by today. Have a great week!
Blessings~

Great card Barb. I love the tree sticker and those papers. They are timeless.
Beautiful, Barb! I love the tree, and that gorgeous satin ribbon is the perfect finishing touch.
Have a great week!
Beautiful cards! It really looks gorgeous and nice job illustrating them! keep on posting.
Barb, you card is beautiful! I am still trying to decide what to make for this challenge. Love your take on the challenge!
I think that movie looks very interesting. Tim Burton films always are. I love Johnny Depp! I am sure he was awesome.
Such a wonderfully elegant Christmas card, Barb!
Tim Burton! I knew there was a reason I wasn't too excited to see this movie. LOL Not that I would anyway, I don't go to movies much anymore. But his style I just don't "get." I'm glad you saw it and enjoyed it though. I'm sure you appreciated it much more than I ever could. LOL
What a beautiful card Barb! Your color combo and layout are fabulous! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed Alice in Wonderland. I didn't get a chance to see it yet but my kids did and they loved it. My husband rented the movie Precious yesterday and we watched it together. What a great movie but so sad! I cried a couple times...I just couldn't help it...the acting was excellent!
Take care and have a great day!
hugs
Risa:)
