SOC Blog Hop for Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! So in honor of this event--I, along with some talented crafters, have teamed up to honor and celebrate the men and women in our lives that inspire us with their strength in the battle against Breast Cancer. Of course, a blog hop isn't complete without blog candy! There will be giveaways on various blogs throughout the hop! Plus, there will be a SOC blog hop gift awaiting one visitor!! To be eligible for that prize, you must comment on all the blogs by Monday, Oct. 10 at 11:00pm EST. From all who are eligible, one lucky reader will be randomly drawn. The winner will be posted on all the participating blogs this Friday, Oct 14.

Now onto my card...

I created an easel card using a lovely stamp from Memory Box. The rose buds are colored with Copic markers. I added a few glittered butterflies and pearls to show their flight pattern. A Breast Cancer pink ribbon holds the easel card open to reveal the verse which says, "Nothing is impossible with God".

Supplies-
stamp: Hope Collage from Memory Box and Hope from Our Daily Bread Designs
paper: The Bella Collection (SU!-retired)
card stock: Heavy Base Weight White (GinaK)  Gray Flannel, Gray Wool (CTMH)  Pink Pirouette, Pretty In Pink (SU!)
ink: Memento London Fog
accessories: pearls (ZvaCreative), butterfly punch (Martha Stewart)  Iridescent Ice embossing powder (SU!) pink ribbon quicklets (Eyelet Outlet)

I also have blog candy!! In keeping with our Breast Cancer Awareness theme, I have put together a Pink Treat goodie bag for one lucky hopper! In addition to the goodies shown here, the winner will also receive the Hope card featured above! So be sure to leave a comment on this post to be eligible for the goodie bag.

There is also a Blog Hop Prize from Scraps Of Color! You must leave a comment on each of the blogs listed below to be entered into the drawing. Here is the wonderful prize from SOC...

Time to click on over to Sharon's blog. If you get lost along the way, here is the order of the hop today...
