The Daily Marker 30 Day ~ Power Poppy Springtime Love

Hello Friends! Well, according the calendar, it's Spring! I know many areas are still experiencing Winter type weather, my neck of the woods included. So, I decided that I would color up a few blooms to brighten the day.

It's Day 24 of The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge and I must say, it's been a challenge for me to play along this time. But, that's the beauty of the challenge...just jump in when you can. I decided to showcase an image from a Power Poppy clear stamp set. This one is aptly named Springtime Love and guess what...it's ON SALE in the Power Poppy shop right now! This is a special set because this is the very first set that Power Poppy offered. This is the set that started it all and it's a beauty. Take a look.

I'm looking at this now and thinking how much I'd like to color that big bouquet next. Such a gorgeous set. Anywho...I used one of the smaller bouquets because I wanted to make a few 4 bar sized cards. I really like that size. It's perfect for sending a little note of thanks or just to say hello.

I did really simple Copic coloring. This is a tiny image so just a little color goes a long way. I die cut the focal and while it was still in the die, I dusted on some Tumbled Glass Distress ink. I put a bit of clear Wink of Stella on portions of the image and finished it off with a few Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins and a bitty bow.

And that is that. Take a minute to have a look-see at this stamp set.  Like I said, it's beautiful and it's on SALE! Springtime Love.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Blessings~
