Hello, Friends! I hope your Sunday has been wonderful! I haven't been feeling well and today, I ended up in urgent care. AND...I brought along something to color to help me stay relaxed. I fine. I just need a little extra rest.
This image is from Unity Stamp Co. it's called 3 Shrooms. I stamped it onto a piece of Cryogen Curious Metallics paper using Versafine Onxy Black ink and I colored it with Caran D'ache Luminance colored pencils.
Ok. So, both the Cryogen paper and the Luminance pencils are new to me. I ordered the paper on the recommendation of Amy Shulke from Vanilla Arts Co. And, I treated myself to a set of the pencils for my birthday. This was my first time using both. The paper sparkles just like my beloved Cryogen Iridescent card stock, that I use with my Copic markers, so I love that. But the Curious Metallics is text weight paper. Very light weight. Very interesting. I'm sure it's going to run through my printer like a dream. And, I'm still getting to know the pencils so I'll reserve my comments about them until a later date.

Oh golly, I'm still so sorry you felt poorly enough to go to Urgent Care, but am relieved that you are doing okay. You were smart to take along your coloring. I think it's a good sign you felt well enough to color at least. It's looking wonderful so far. I'll be interested to hear what you think of the pencils. The paper sounds interesting.
