Power Poppy ~ Forest Fellas

Hello, Friends! Today is the day we reveal and release Part 2 of the Power Poppy Quiet Christmas Collection.

This second act is just as entrancing as the first. We've got traditional, whimsical and things from the outdoors. I can't wait another minute to share with you one of my favorites from this release...This, my friends, is Forest Fellas. I just LOVE these critters and this set is available in both clear and digital formats. Just LOOK at it!

In addition to the set having the most adorable critters ever, it's also very versatile and can be used year round. I like that they aren't really Christmas specific. And the bear. Oh! That bear has captured my heart. He's got a watch on. LoL! He can be used for Father's Day cards, masculine birthday or Valentine's Day cards, or just masculine cards in general. SO cute! He is who I decided to play with first.

I made a Valentine's Day/Love You card with him! Hahaha! Isn't he cute?! I had a lot of fun coloring this guy. I stamped him on Toned Tan paper with VersaFine Clair ink in Fallen Leaves and colored him with Caran D'Ache Luminance and Prismacolor colored pencils. I fussy cut him out and adhered him to my card panel. I know it's difficult to see but, that heart cutout circle is super sparkly because I used glitter foam behind it. If you have any questions about the supplies I've used, please email me and I will be happy to share.

Today is also Day 2 of the re-vamped 30 Day Coloring Challenge, hosted by Kathy Raccosin of The Daily Marker blog. The challenge will run for 11 days this time. Please visit her blog, HERE, to learn more about it and how you can join in and be entered to win prizes! Its a lot of fun! This is her EIGHTEENTH coloring challenge! Wow! I've participated in many of them. Click HERE to see some of my past posts. I have been posting more and more on Instagram. It's just more convenient for me at this time. Feel free to follow me over there... I'm @1BusyB

So, that's it for me today. Please buzz on over to the Power Poppy blog to see what the other Bloomies have created to share with you. These ladies are SUPER talented and they really showed out with this set.

Thank you so very much for stopping by today! I appreciate each of you!

Blessings~

Adorable card, Barb. That bear is just the sweetest. You did a great job coloring him. The papers behind him are wonderful. Love that sentiment, too. Excellent work. Definitely makes me smile! :)

Oh my, Barb, this is one adorable bear, and you know how much I love bears (especially teddy bears)! Hehe! What a beautiful card with the warmth from the kraft papers. I love it and love how beautifully you've colored him. He will definitely be perfect for a Valentine's/love you card! Such a beautiful layout with great patterns, and I'm sure IRL it's more sweet with the sparkle! Darling, as always! Hugs and love! xoxo
