Summer Time

If you have never been to Jenn's blog, please take the time today to visit. She is AMAZING! Her artwork is very inspiring and so whimsical. Her creations make me smile and her blog has become a favorite stop for me. Jenn made this card and after seeing it, I decided to try one of my own following Marjorie's color challenge of using CTMH Cranberry, Moonstruck, Lilac Mist and White Daisy. Fun challenge! I used all CTMH products and no patterned paper. I did a lot of layering on this one, it is actually kind of heavy! I used a glitter pen to add a bit of sparkle to the image and popped it up on foam dots for added dimension. Summer is in full swing in my neck of the woods!

Supplies-All products from Close to My Heart. Cardstock:Cranberry, Moonstruck, Lilac Mist, White Daisy. Stamp:Summertime. Ink:Black StazOn. Ribbon:Cranberry Grosgrain. Color Media:Cranberry, Lilac Mist, Moonstruck, Buttercup, Goldrush, Black. Gelly Roll pen (Sakura). Eyelets: Eyelet Shapes (retired). Other:Cuttlebug w/Swiss Dots embossing folder. Scor-Pal. Crop-A-Dile.

Thanks for visiting! Take the time to do something wonderful for yourself. Be Blessed!
