Well, Autumn is in full swing around my house. I've got the decorations out and the candles are lit, we've been enjoying cool days and chilly nights. The trees on our hill are showing off their fall hues and the smell of wood smoke is in the air. Ahhh...this is definitely my favorite time of year.
Now on to the card. This is a little different for me, isn't it? LOL! I saw these digital images by Victoria Case Art Designs and knew immediately that I was going to add a few of them to my stash. This sexy chef is from the Pin-Up Collection, just one of many Ms. Case offers. She's cute, huh? Since the card is probably going to be for a male, I opted to keep details to a minimum. I did run the chocolate card stock thru my Cuttlebug, using the DiVine Swirl embossing folder and then I went around each swirl with a Sakura clear glitter pen to give it a bit of sparkle. That is a little idea I picked up from Stamp TV with Gina K. Give that technique a try, it is fast and easy, but it really kicks your art work up a notch. Then I added the sentiment using a font from my computer. Easy peasy!
Supplies-card stock:Dark Chocolate, Melon Berry (PTI).White(GP). paper:Porcelain collection (BG). digital image:Sexy Chef (Victoria Case). other: Copic markers. Sakura glitter pen. Cuttlebug w/DiVine Swirl embossing folder. Scor-Pal. ribbon:Oatmeal(Offray). font:MA Sexy.
Thanks for stopping by...I really appreciate it. Until next time...
Blessings~
