I've been seeing these easel cards all over blog land. My friend Risa creates some really beautiful ones. I've always been intimidated by this style of card, that is, until I watched this video tutorial on Dawn's blog. Boy are these EASY to make!! I love this type of card because it comes with its own stand. The cards I am sharing today are exact copies of what I saw on Dawn's video. I do see more easel cards in my future.
These colors remind of a box of chocolates...I can tell Valentine's Day is near!
Thanks for stopping by today!

Oh, MY! Barb, these are FANTASTIC! I love these type of cards and always wanted to make one too. These are awesome! Great job!
Such lovely cards!
Beautiful cards, Barb!
I was scared of easel cards, too, until I tried one. They're fun and easy.
Hope yours is a wonderful week!
Oh how fabulous! I will have to check out the video. Your cards are wonderful! I'm glad you tried your hand at it.
I giggled at your box of chocolates comment. I have a pattern to literally crochet a box of chocolates. I SO wanted to create it, but won't get it done for this year. Maybe next! LOL
Ohhh Thanks so much for posting a link for these. I have been wanting to try one for a while. Yours are YUMMY!!! love those hearts.
Hey Barb,
I love your easel styled Valentine cards! The color combo reminds me of chocolates and I'm loving the hearts♥
One word of warning, the easel cards are terribly addicting, at least I know that I ♥ them!
hugs
Risa:)
p.s. I have something for you on my blog:)
SUPER sweet Valentine cards! I've never made an easel card, and they look so fun. Your Swiss Dot hearts are so pretty! tfs
