Hello Friends! Happy Tuesday! Today I am sharing a card I created with some fun Lawn Fawn goodies. I was seeing quite a few cards created with LF stamps around the Internet and I fell in love with the style of the stamps. I started following the blog and watching the cute videos and then I jumped in with both feet and purchased a nice selection of stamps and dies. If you're not familiar with Lawn Fawn, take a moment to visit their blog, you will not be disappointed. They have darling stamp sets, some with matching dies and coordinating paper kits. They also sell hemp cord, which is heavier than baker's twine and it makes THE cutest bows!
For today's card, I had two special ladies in mind...Jeanne and Sheila. These two wonderful ladies, that I have never met, visit my blog regularly and comment on every single post. And we've become e-mailing buddies, as well. Jeanne and Sheila, I am SO thankful for you!
I started out by stamping the sweet pumpkins, the leaf and the curly-que onto white card stock and coloring them with Copic markers. Then, using the coordinating dies, I die cut the images. I die cut a piece of kraft card stock and lightly inked the edges. Then I die cut the patterned paper and adhered it to the bottom there, to create a 'grassy' feel. I tied on some of that yummy hemp cord and made a bow. After stamping my greeting, I adhered the pumpkins with dimensionals, glued on the die cut bits and added a few sequins for a little more sparkle. The focal is also mounted with dimensionals.
Here is a close up of the pumpkins...
They get their shimmer from a Wink of Stella marker. I love that marker! It delivers such a nice amount of glitter, creating a beautiful shimmer and sparkle.
That's my share for today. I hope you are having a wonderful week so far.
Blessings~

Barb, I am grateful for the appreciation you have shown to me. I have been in awe if your artistry since the first day I found your blog. I started commenting, and you noticed. Becoming e-mail friends is such a blessing to me. Thanks for sharing your wonderful creativity! This card is so beautiful. It's funny, I love Fawn Lawn stamps, too, although I haven't purchased any. These pumpkins are darling, especially with the sparkle. Thanks for the shout out & have a wonderful day!
Awww, Barb! You are the sweetest! Thank you SO much for thinking of us while creating this card. It's fantastic. LOVE the shimmer on the pumpkins. I've recently been paying more attention to Lawn Fawn (and Paper Smooches). Just subscribed to their blogs and probably would have a wishlist a mile long if I let myself.
As per your style, you've paid attention to every detail and your card is beautiful because of it!
Thank you and BIG hugs!
