Hello Friends! I've been seeing many bloggers share their 'hauls' from various retailers. Sooo...I thought I would share what I purchased recently. Let's start with Simon Says Stamp. I love that SSS is a one stop shop. They really do have everything for all my crafting needs.
I was so excited when SSS announced that they were coming out with their own line of inks and coordinating card stock. For my first ink purchase, I selected Sea Glass; a nice cool blue. I bought the card stock, too. I also picked up some 110lb Neenah white card stock, because I can use it as a card base and also to create a focal panel. It also takes Copic coloring very well. I bought a Simon exclusive stamp set, designed by the fantastic Kristina Werner. And, I added the Postage Stamp Edge Frames die set to my collection, as well. If you've been following my blog, you'll know that I have fallen madly in love with watercoloring. Soooo, I had to buy some new brushes and I thought, since they were in stock, I might as well add the Peerless Water Colors to my order. Let me just say here, that I played with those very briefly and I AM IN LOOOOVE! And I FINALLY bought some Gamsol. I have been on the fence about this for YEARS. But, I've been seeing so many cute cards featuring colored pencils and Gamsol lately, so I caved and bought some. SSS has a sweet little kit, with stumps, Gamsol with a dauber type top and a book of sandpaper. This is going to be perfect to take to the beach! I am excited to try it...maybe even this weekend.
I also caught a sale at Ellen Hutson! I added a few more Pretty Pink Posh sequins to my collection. This time, I purchased the smaller 4mm size. They are soooo cute and tiny!
That's all I have to share today. Thank you so much for stopping by. I truly appreciate the visit. Have a wonderful and hopefully crafty weekend.
Blessings~

Ohhhhh, I like the new banner, Barb. So fresh and fun. Looks like we'll be chatting over the back fence. *Ü*
I know you are going to have a ton of fun with your new supplies. I've not bought Gamsol either, you will have to let me know if it works better that odorless mineral spirits. I'm on my last piece of sandpaper on my thingie like that.
And I can't wait to see what you create with that watercolor paper. I had no idea what it did, until I saw a video on it. Wowza!
Have fun with all your neat goodies. *Ü*
Your new blog banner is very nice, Barb! Your craft orders are so cool. Can't wait to see what you make :)
