Hello Friends! I hope you are enjoying your weekend, so far. I had a really fun day today and I can't wait to tell you all about it! If you've followed my blog for a while, you'll know how much I love Lawn Fawn. Well today, I drove over an hour away to attend a Make and Take featuring Lawn Fawn products and boy am I glad I did! Because I got to meet Kelly Marie Alvarez owner and designer for Lawn Fawn! WHAT?! Yes! I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Kelly Marie and she is a real sweetheart.
As I stated, I attended a Make and Take, haven't been to one of those in years, and I colored up this little cutie from the Lawn Fawn Toboggan Together stamp set. We used two colors of Copic markers on him. Isn't he adorable?
The project of the day was this super cute shaker ornament. I love the way it turned out. The dies that we used are the Ready, Set, Snow dies and we used the coordinating stamp set, too.
I think the sequin mix in here is amazing. The pictures aren't really capturing the sparkle and beauty of it all. Once I got home, I did a little fine tuning on my ornament. I had the idea to leave my strings long, so that I could add a jingle bell. And, I went over the 'ready, set, snow' area with my clear Wink of Stella.
That's it for me today. Thank you for stopping by!
Blessings~

It really is so cute in real life. That reindeer is sooo adorable!
And there you have it! A sweet little shaker ornament that I plan to hang on my Christmas tree.

Oh my gosh, Barb! How very fun and exciting for you!! What a sweet picture of the two of you. You must have been beyond thrilled. And you got to color. What a perfect day. :) That little reindeer is adorable. I think he looks amazing the way you colored him and the shaker is fabulous. The addition of the jingle bell is perfect. Thank you so very much for sharing, Barb! Have a super Sunday. Hugs!
What a fun day you must've had!! Fawn Lawn has such sweet images and this adorable little deer is perfect for the shaker snow globe. He looks like he's getting ready to play in the snow. ;) Again, your coloring is beautiful and I love your addition of the little bell! The white with aqua shaker filler and background are among my favorite colors lately {we decorated for my parents' 50th using those colors for a beach theme, and we just painted youngest daughter's room in those colors too}. I'm sure this ornament will bring back sweet memories year after year as you hang it/see it on your Christmas tree.
hugs to you!
