Hello Friends! Happy Saturday! Short post today, as I've got a mountain of things I need to tackle. This week the focus for the Share Handmade Kindness Challenge is creating cards for kids. When I saw that I thought about MelJen's Designs and I knew exactly which image I wanted to use.
I also decided to use sketch #213 from Freshly Made Sketches. I haven't used a sketch in a while and when I saw this one on Facebook, I thought it would be perfect with the image I had in mind.
I've used this digi several times but, he's so darn cute, I couldn't resist using him again. I know you all remember the MelJen's Designs Circus Clown...
I printed this little guy onto a die cut piece of smooth white card stock and colored him with Copic markers. I placed the panel back into the die and then dusted on blue ink. Next, using my MISTI I added the greeting. Then, I accented some of the lines with a glitter pen, I added clear Wink of Stella to his nose, Sparkly Fluff to the puff on his hat and Crystal Effects to his nose and shoes.
I mounted him onto a piece of craft foam and adhered it to my card base and that was that!
Thank you for visiting me today. I appreciate it! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!
Blessings~

Oh, Barb, this is one adorable clown - one of the cutest I've ever seen! And is he going to be loved by some precious child! What sweet coloring and great DP you've used to make this one very happy card. I love it and love your heart for making these, and what a great sketch! Hugs, sweet friend!
