Hello Friends and Happy Friday to ya! It is a VERY happy Friday indeed, because there are three scrummy new clear stamp sets in the Power Poppy shop! The Bloomies have been sneaking us peeks all week and now release day is finally here! I am uber excited about this release because it features all things Fall and if you've read for my blog for a while, you'll know that I am completely smitten with Autumn. I absolutely LOVE it! So, I won't keep you waiting any longer. Let's take a look at the awesome new sets that comprise the Nature and Nurture Collection.
First up is Prairie Cheer.
This set makes my heart sing. There are asters, a coneflower and that sweet wisp of wheat. And look! Marcy's included two little prairie friends, a buzzy bee and a lady bug. I like that she's included the names of the botanicals. And I love the fonts she's used for these GREAT sentiments. This is going to be fun to color!
Then we have In Praise of Sunflowers.
Don't cha just love sunflowers?! They are so cheerful and kinda goofy, because they can get a bit droopy with the weight of their big ol' heads. You may recognize the images in this set, because they were digis first. You can find the digital versions of these images here and here. This is a great set to have to create any occasion cards. This set also has "builder" sentiments. You can use the "TODAY IS GOING TO BE" stamp and add the word/words of your choice: "Fun, better, awesome, or beautiful". Then you can add "Because of you" and/or "I JUST KNOW IT!" I love that idea. And again, the font choices are perfect. This set is a 'must have'. It's a wonderful addition to one's collection. I'm looking forward to getting this one!
And my personal favorite, Feeling Fall.
Can we all just pause for a moment so we can ooooh and aaaah over this set?! From the sweet stack of pumpkins to the vignette of the gourds with the little mug of something pumpkin spice to the adorable welly overflowing with Autumn leaves! LOVE LOVE LOVE this set! Great fonts and fun sentiments, here as well. Can't wait to get this beauty in my hands. First thing I'm coloring is that vignette with the gourds and bittersweet vines. Oh! And the leaves! There are a few individual leaf stamps. How fun is that going to be stamped on an envelope!
Now for the best part...there is a blog hop with lots of hoopla and fun going on over at Power Poppy today. You really don't want to miss all of the inspiration that will be shared. Grab yourself a beverage and be prepared to be amazed! I know The Bloomies have really outdone themselves.
