I decided to try something a bit different for me, and that is, a lack of color. I used this color palette, inspired by a card I saw on Kathi's blog. I used my Cuttlebug again...love that thing! Oh! And thank you, Kathi for telling me about your resource for purchasing the embossing folders, they had everything I wanted in stock! Anyway, back to the card...easy peasy! It's pretty straight forward, simple cuts. I did use my Coluzzle on the stamped image and the matting, but other than that, I just used a regular paper trimmer.

Thanks for looking!

I like the 'lack of color'. The red and black are enough. I could see myself making a lot of these at a sitting, because there is no coloring. Good idea for a quick card. Thanks for sharing it.
Hi Barb!
I've just realized you have a blog and have been having some fun checking out your projects. Love this one! It is very striking. As you know I'm loving my Cuttlebug and I LOVE to get ideas for cards using my embossing folders.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments you leave on my blog. I hope to return the kindness in the future! :o)
