Party Girl
Here is my Party Girl! I made this card for my sissy's birthday. I used my new Bella, colored her with Copics, sugared a few balloons and the top of the cupcake, put everything up on foam tape and called it done. The birthday sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. Simple, simple card, but my sissy will appreciate it.
