Birthday Wishes

Well, it's Monday...again. I had a nice, restful weekend. I hope each of you did as well. I am sharing a birthday card today. I never seem to have enough of these on hand, so I decided to try to make two a week to start building up my birthday card stash. This one was fast and easy, because I let my background paper do most of the work. I stamped the moth image, with Chocolate Pearlescent ink, onto a scrap of Relaxation paper, from the Origins collection by Basic Grey. I trimmed those out, inked the edges with Creamy Caramel, by SU! and adhered them with foam tape to a piece of Sea Salt paper, also by Basic Grey. The stamp set is Picture It, from Gina K. Designs.

I have a busy week ahead. I got the final head count on the number of folks coming up for Thanksgiving... It's 35. We are expecting 35 people for a traditional, all the trimmings, plus some extras, sit down dinner this year. Wheeeeww!! It's gonna be crazy fun, right? I'm pretending not to stress out. But, in the meantime, I have lots of silver to polish and crystal to shine. Not to mention bedrooms to prepare. We have a lovely hotel at the bottom of our hill and there are many guests who will be staying there. And for that...I am truly thankful.

So, I bid you adieu for now. I thank you so much for visiting me today. Have an awesome Monday.

Blessings~
