It May Sound Corny...

Hello Friends! I have one more Autumn card to share before the Christmas card parade begins! I inked up a few images from the adorable Happy Feast stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I'm loving LF more and more. Their smiling images just make me happy. I mean who wouldn't smile at this corny card...

After stamping the little ears onto vanilla card stock, I colored each with Copic markers and then fussy cut one out to adhere with foam tape. All of the ears have a bit of a sparkle, thanks to a Wink of Stella glitter brush. I lightly inked the edges of the vanilla piece with Distress Ink.

And here is a look at the inside...

Just look at that slice of pie! I colored him up to look like pumpkin pie and I used Liquid Applique on the whipped cream. I also sprinkled in a little glitter prior to heating it, so it has a nice sparkle, too. I finished it off with a strip of patterned paper and a little more inking. Another thing I like about this set, is the ability to mix and match the greetings because they are just phrases. You can build it many different ways. And I just love, love, love those little hearts!

LOOK at that adorable turkey leg! Such a fun set and it's so nice when I have everything in one set to make a card. More Lawn Fawn to come... :)

That's all I have to share today. Thank you so much for stopping by. I appreciate the visit.

Blessings~

Love this adorable card, Barb! It is so cute. You really know how to work the Wink of Stella pen :). The colors of cardstock and sublte shading are quite striking. I hope you enter the Fawn Lawn catalog contest. If you haven't already, be sure to check it out.

Oh Barb, this is wonderfully adorable! You've done this set proud, I think. Love the way you gave the corn dimension and how you thought of so many little details to make it pop...glitter on liquid applique? You are amazing! I've looked and looked at this set and didn't pull the trigger to get it. Sheesh, seeing what you have done makes me wish yet again that I was more visionary in my thinking! :)
