Oh Christmas Tree!

Hello Friends! Happy Saturday to you! First of all...Every card in my Card Boutique is 50% off! My Merry Christmas to you! I would love for my shop to be empty by year's end so I can have a fresh new start in 2016.

Okie dokie! I have a short post for you today. I needed a few quick and simple Christmas cards, so I reached for an embossing folder and some ink! I love the look of Kraft with red and white, so that's what I went for...click on the pictures to enlarge them.

I embossed the tree onto a piece of Kraft card stock and lightly sponged on white pigment ink. I let the ink dry overnight, because pigment ink stays wet for a while. Then, I sprayed the panel with my homemade shimmer spray and added a few red gems. I adhered the focal panel right onto the card base and then glued on the bitty bow. It's very sparkly!

Then I grabbed an envelope from my stack. Not sure if I'm going with this one yet...we'll see.

And that is it for me! I said it was going to be quick! LoL! Have a great weekend.

Blessings ~

Absolutely beautiful, Barb. I really like the softness of white on the kraft and then the pretty red gems really sparkle and shine. :) Hugs!!
