Hello, Friends! Happy Resurrection Day! Happy Easter! Happy Spring! I have a few cards to share with you, featuring Joyful Lilies, a darling digi set from Power Poppy.
I used every element from this set on the cards I'm sharing today. I like having the option of lilies on or off the cross. And the sentiments are perfect! Take a look at what I did with this set...
For my first card, I opted for lilies sans cross. I kept things super simple to let the image be the star. I love Easter Lilies and The Hubs usually gets me some every year. They smell wonderful and can scent an entire room. I used Copic markers for my coloring medium. Here's a peek at the inside of the card....
After I printed the Scripture, I used an old wood mounted stamp from Stampendous for the He is Risen! and I embossed that in gold.
For my next card, I went with a masculine theme. I layered the focal panel onto chocolate brown, leather and Kraft card stock and I colored the image with Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils. The insides of both cards are the same.
And that is that! Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you have a glorious Easter.
Blessings~
