New Release Friday!

Hello Friends! It's Friday and that means there are new stamps at MelJen's Designs. Let's get right to it...

We are introducing three super cute stamps this week. And I love each and every one of them. I chose to create a card featuring the Little Superhero.

Isn't is he cute? Look at that cape! I printed our Superhero on Neenah White card stock, colored him with Copics and gave the focal panel a very light dusting of blue ink. His cape is paper pieced. After stamping the greeting, I die cut and dusted on blue ink, while the panel was still in the die. I kept the design fairly simple because I wanted the words on the background paper to stand out. You will find the Little Superhero as well as the other images in the Shop right now and they are part of the New Year Sale, so grab 'em while ya can!

I am also entering this little fella into the Simon Says Stamp Challenge, which is PAPER PIECING!

That's it for me. Have a great weekend.

Blessings~

Wow!! Fantastic work, Barb. The image is so cute. I love the paper pieced cape. Really, I can't tell that it is pieced. The coloring is terrific and those words on the pattern paper are perfect. Fantastic!!
