Hello Friends! Time for another fun challenge on the MelJen's Design Team and Challenge blog. This week, our challenge is
I printed Farmer Crow onto my favorite card stock, colored him with Copic markers and die cut him. While the focal was still in the die, I used an ink blending tool to add distress inks to create sky and ground. I added random stamping and texture to the main kraft piece, too. I also printed the Two Leaves digital image and colored them with Copics and used them to accent the twine here.
After coloring, I accented the lines with a glitter pen. I love doing this. It adds a subtle sparkle and shimmer. It looks like a bit much in this photo because it's under a bright lamp, so the camera could pick up the sparkle. The little speech bubble you see there is cut from a sheet of patterned paper.

I created the greeting using a really fun stamp set from Lawn Fawn, called Harold's ABC's. I stamped it in Versamark and embossed it. I added some more of the Two Leaves stamps on the inside, along with some more gingham paper...bringing the outside in.
