Day One~Power Poppy Enchanted Garden Release

Hello, Friends! It's been a long time...But, I've got exciting things to share so let's get right to it. There is a brand new batch of clear stamps called the Enchanted Garden Collection, being released at Power Poppy very soon. These sets are soooo special that Marcella had both of the design teams, The Bloom Brigade and The Instant Gardeners create cards to share with all of you! This is VERY exciting for us and we are eager to show you the gorgeous sets Marcella has illustrated. Join us for preview week for the next several days and then on July 1st, it's Release Day and there will be a blog hop collab with a very special group of people.  More about that later on....

So today, we are showcasing, Big Sexy Blooms! You can create a garden of Gerberas in seconds with Power Poppy's very first flower-filled background stamp. Hand-drawn details indicate where to place your shadows, mid-tones, and highlights — so you can make a masterpiece with every impression. Stamp is nearly 5" x 6" to cover an A2 card front. This is one HUGE stamp!

For my card, I wanted a red, white and blue color palette. So, I used white embossing powder on a navy card stock and matted it all with red.  I wanted it to resemble fireworks. One of my best friends has a 4th of July birthday and this card is for her.

I used the "Hello" greeting from another set that will be featured in a few days. I added a bit of Prisma glitter to the centers of the flowers for a little sparkle and finished things off with some Crystal Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

And that's it for me for today! Please take a moment to visit the Power Poppy blog where you will find a listing of all the designers who created goodies to share. I've seen all of their samples and you will not be disappointed! These ladies are SOOOO very talented!

Enjoy your day!

Blessings~
